Bales Photography

Equine Shoot:

All horses that will be part of the shoot must be clean and fed before the shoot. Please focus especially on the eyes, nose, ears and any markings that stand out. Tack must also be clean and neat, and in good condition. A little bit of food, or treats must be kept aside for the duration of the shoot to help keep the horse’s attention. For an equine shoot, a friend, or groom has to help. It is easier and quicker to have someone help with clothes, the horse and any props.
 
All Shoots:

Please ensure that you are ready and waiting at the location of the shoot on time, and have your cell phone with you in case I need to contact you.
 
Photos can take up to 6 weeks to edit and finalize in a personalized private shoot, please be patient as I will let you know when it is ready.  I will upload a few photos as ‘sneak peaks’ for the clients’ curiosity within the first week. If a client is in a rush for their photos, there will be a 50% rush fee added, and client must please inform me of the shortened time period with the booking.
All basic editing will be included into the basic fees, which cover cropping, spot removals, colour and contrast adjustments and some retouching if necessary. Any further editing will be charged for separately.
 
It is the Clients’ responsibility to organise their own make up, clothes, props, helpers, and location.
 
Clients will receive high quality photos, as well as watermarked images. Delivery of the photos on CD is included, and a tracking code will be given once the package is on its way. Any orders beside the CD might include additional charges.
 
Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to intended day of photo shoot, to avoid disappointment. Any bookings made far in advance, must be confirmed with me two weeks before day of photo shoot.
 
Any cancellations must be made five days prior to photo shoot, if cancellations are not made five days before day of the photo shoot, the full fee of the photo shoot must still be paid.
 
Payments must be made electronically, and proof of payment must be emailed to me. Clients must pay a 50% deposit a week before the day of the photo shoot, and the final full payment must be made the night before the photo shoot. If payments are not made on time, without proper reason, the photo shoot will be cancelled and any payments already paid will be non-refundable.

Traveling costs in and around Waldheim included. Additional costs will be added depending on location of shoot.
 
If client agrees on the final quote, the contract must also be signed as accepting the amount as well as agreeing to the contract’s conditions. 
 
Any orders made by client’s may be changed within two days after the photo shoot. Please note that charges will increase, depending on the change of order, or for compensation.
 
Any photos taken by Bales Photography are the property of Bales Photography. Clients may use these photos for personal use, but must ask for permission from Bales Photography for advertising or business purposes, and proper acknowledgements must be given to Bales Photography.

 
All work commissioned shall remain the property and copyright of Bales Photography, and may not be sold, reproduce or altered in any way unless approved by Bales Photography. By proceeding with the shoot, you hereby give the photographer permission to licence the content and use the content in any media for any purpose (except pornographic and defamatory), which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. You agree that the content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works, and may be cropped, altered and modified.

Bales Photography and all associated parties will take no responsibility for loss, injury or any other costs incurred during the photoshoot for any reason.

 

 

 
By proceeding with the shoot, the client acknowledges that they have read the contract, and agree with the terms mentioned above.
